We Seek Change

RightCare exists to continually improve the care we all receive.

About the RightCare Foundation

RightCare’s motto is “Save the Brain.”

Medical advances can dramatically improve outcomes related to the heart and lungs. However, once brain damage occurs, it is permanent. By empowering laypersons to begin Immediate Resuscitation and utilize Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) when available, the cost of care after cardiac arrest significantly decreases.  Not only does the victim arrive in the emergency department in an improved state, the likelihood of long-term care is dramatically diminished.

Our Programs are the first of their kind in the nation!

Save

There are many challenges facing care businesses today.

Insurance companies, Medicare and private payers are not paying, either partially or completely for services rendered.  This fact creates obvious financial challenge for care providers.  They must choose between providing best-practice care, and the quality of care they feel they can afford to provide.

In spite of these challenges, some care providers continue to deliver excellent care.  Others may not.  We believe improvements in quality, timeliness and accountability of care can be made in our local communities.  We believe as paying customers that we deserve value for our investment in the care we receive.

The RightCare Foundation, Inc. has developed a number of evaluation tools to empower consumers as they choose care providers.

We encourage consumers to use these tools as a guide to ensure that they and or their loved-ones receive the highest quality care possible and the greatest value for their investment.

We are a non-profit corporation and there is no cost for the use of our consumer evaluation tools.  As our mission states, “RightCare believes in a world that is accountable, responsible and obligated to provide the highest quality care for those in need”, we exist to continually improve the care we all receive.

A Letter From Our Founder

As a career Firefighter/Paramedic and certified Flight Paramedic with over 15 years of public safety experience, I have become passionate about the care our customers receive prior to our arrival. I believe that consumers of in-home care, independent-living, assisted-living and skilled-nursing facilities have the right to immediate resuscitation.

Based on my experience and that of my colleagues resuscitation of any kind is rarely performed prior to our arrival in acute medical emergencies.  With consideration of The American Heart Association’s Chain of Survival this is not acceptable.

We seek change requiring immediate on-sight Basic Life Support/Automated External Defibrillator Resuscitation. In order to best advocate for best-practice care in local communities the RightCare Foundation, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation, was founded.

The RightCare Foundation has developed a number of evaluation tools to empower consumers as they choose care providers. There is no cost for the use of our consumer evaluation tools. We encourage consumers to use these tools as a guide to ensure that they and their loved-ones receive the highest quality care possible and the greatest value for their investment.

RightCare believes in a world that is accountable, responsible and obligated to provide the highest quality care for those in need, we exist to continually improve the care we all receive.
