South Phoenix residents are already at greater risk of dying during a heart attack. Firefighter Steve Wagner is on a mission to change that.
A cardiac arrest can strike you suddenly – anywhere – when buying groceries, eating out, watching a movie or at home.
And if nobody is trained to help you, chances are you’d be dead within minutes or end up with severe brain injuries.
